DC+A Office wins AIA Award

We are thrilled to announce that our new office in East ATX recently won an AIA Austin Design Award of Merit!

As more and more of the surrounding area is being torn down and rebuilt, this adaptive reuse project preserves our 40-year-old design legacy, allowing us to establish old roots on a new site while preserving the character of the neighborhood around us. This project was truly a collaborative effort from every person on our team, and it feels great to be recognized for it. Thank you to everyone who helped us make this dream a reality!

Dick Clark III Legacy Library

Today marks one year since we lost our dear friend, collaborator and mentor. In celebration of his life, we have teamed up with our long time friends at the Nobelity Project to build a new tribute that encompasses Dick’s passion for design, education, people and travel.

It is with great pleasure that we announce the Dick Clark III Legacy Library, located at Mahiga Hope High School in Kenya. The new library will add another beautiful building to the Mahiga Hope Campus, which is the same place that we designed and built the award-winning Rainwater Court.
