Designed as an intentional departure from the traditional business park, The Collective East balances industrial functionality with a modern aesthetic to provide a highly flexible, innovation-driven environment tailored for makerspaces and modern creators.

Comprised of a seven building campus and communal courtyard, the development provides the framework for a vibrant and centralized community situated in a rapidly evolving corridor in East Austin.
