Hoppy Monk

This pub and restaurant in San Antonio is a new take on a traditional German Biergarten.

The main bar area is spacious with high ceilings defined by custom trusses. A wall of windows opens onto the enclosed patio to supply plenty of natural light. Against the opposite wall, an extravagant row of beer taps showcase the space's primary appeal.
