The Oasis

This mixed-use development shares the same property as the Oasis restaurant, overlooking Lake Travis.

The design challenge has been to create an authentic Austin experience using new buildings that blur the line between new construction and what could have existed previously on the site. Local artisans and craftspeople have been chosen to respond to the climate and character of the site with local building materials and found objects. The finished product will showcase the “Best of Austin” through local boutique shops, restaurants, and events that capture the spirit of Austin.
