Lubbock Lines

Brought in from Austin to deliver a highly refined contemporary home, DC+A designed Lubbock Lines for an active family who wanted a house that felt sophisticated without sacrificing warmth or ease.

Extending across two lots, long horizontal rooflines, stone walls, and expanses of glass create a strong connection between the interiors and generous outdoor living spaces. Inside, a restrained material palette is balanced by spaces and amenities designed for the energy of a growing family. Carefully selected systems and materials, including Italian millwork fabricated off-site, helped maintain a high level of precision and consistency throughout construction.
