Sandeul Breeze

We designed this single-family home in Spanish Oaks for a young couple who enjoys spending time playing golf, drinking wine and dining outside nightly.

The site is fairly steep, so one of the biggest challenges was capturing as much of the beautiful view from their lot as possible while also creating outdoor living + dining spaces that capitalize on experiencing the gentle breeze that is a constant on the site. We chose large expansive glass windows that open and pocket to enhance the views beyond and added massive column-less overhangs to provide refuge without any visual disruption.

From the golf simulator room to the kimchi fridge in the pantry, this house is tailored specifically to this active family’s lifestyle.
