Sandeul Breeze

Designed for a young couple who spend their evenings outside, Sandeul Breeze takes advantage of a steep Spanish Oaks site, expansive views, and the near-constant breeze across the property.

Large expanses of pocketing glass connect the living spaces directly to outdoor terraces, while deep overhangs provide shade without interrupting views across the landscape. The home is equally specific to the way its owners live, from outdoor dining spaces designed for nightly use to a golf simulator and a dedicated kimchi refrigerator in the pantry.
